West Coast QDRO assists law firms throughout the United States with the drafting of retirement division orders pursuant to domestic relations cases (family law cases) such as divorces and child support.
We assist in drafting Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs), Court Orders Acceptable for Processing (COAP), Military Retirement Division Orders, orders dividing Thrift Savings Plans (TSPs), FERS, PERS, 401(k), 401(a), 403(b), Teachers Retirement Plans, State Retirement Plans, and other Plans.
